Bill Robertson Toyota Recognised For Excellence

The Management team from local Toyota Dealer, Bill Robertson Toyota, attended the annual Toyota Queensland Dealer of the Year Awards last weekend and were thrilled to bring back a swag of awards.

Most impressive was their two Gold Excellence Awards which names them as the number one regional dealer in Australia for both Used Vehicle Excellence and Brand & Guest Experience Excellence. Bill Robertson Toyota has been operating in Gladstone since 1972 and also took out a Silver Excellence Award for business management, recognizing them as being the best in regional Queensland for financial management.

The dealership also received New Vehicles Sales awards for operational excellence and for being the number one vehicle brand in Gladstone. Additional Bronze awards were won for excellence in Parts & Accessories and Facilities & Environmental practices. Guest Experience Manager, Sarah Armstrong was also acknowledged on the night as one of the top 10 Guest Experience Managers in Australia for the Toyota network.

Dealer Principal James Robertson said he was grateful to all of their local customers for purchasing their vehicles from the dealership. Mr Robertson said, “None of these achievements would have been possible without our customers – thank you for choosing us to supply and service your vehicles in 2019”.
