Bill Robertson Toyota is incredibly proud to share the results of the recent Toyota Queensland Dealer of the Year Awards, where their Management Team had the honour of representing the dealership and celebrating an outstanding year of achievement.

These awards recognise dealerships that demonstrate excellence across all areas of operation, from people and culture to customer experience, sustainability, and business performance. Receiving this level of recognition is a reflection of the commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for the Bill Robertson Toyota team, their customers, and the Gladstone community.

NUMBER 1 RURAL DEALER IN AUSTRALIA – People & Culture

Recieving the Gold Excellence Award for this category was a huge accolade for the Bill Robertson Toyota Team.  The award recognises dealerships that demonstrate outstanding employee engagement, strong leadership, a commitment to staff wellbeing, effective training and development, and meaningful action in response to employee feedback.

Gold Excellence Award (3 out of the last 4 years). This award acknowledges dealerships that maintain a high standard of facilities while continuously improving their environmental performance through sustainable practices and long‑term ecological initiatives.
